Return Policy

Due to the sensitive and delicate nature of our products, Pleasher Spot does not accept returns. 

Defected Items

Products with manufacturing defects must be reported directly to Pleasher Spot within 24 hours from receipt. All returns require prior Authorization. Products may be returned COD for a replacement. Where returned products are no longer in stock, a refund or store credit (less COD or delivery fees) may be offered. There will be no credit or replacement on any items returned that were not purchased from Pleasher Spot.

Damaged Items

All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping therefore, products that have been damaged after shipping will not be considered for return. This includes products that are broken, chipped, torn, worn, used, water damage, electrical damage., other visible damages that were determined to not have been found during inspection prior to shipping/delivery. 

Used products WILL NOT be considered for returns. Returned products must be returned in the same product packaging that it was received in and with all relevant parts (remotes, batteries, chargers, etc.).
