Return Policy
Due to the sensitive and intimate nature of our products, Pleasher Spot does not accept returns.
Defective Items

Any manufacturing defects must be reported to Pleasher Spot within 24 hours of receipt.

All returns require prior authorization.

Approved defective items may be returned COD for replacement.

If the product is no longer in stock, we may issue a refund or store credit (minus any COD or delivery fees).

No credit or replacement will be issued for items not purchased directly from Pleasher Spot.
Damaged Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.

Damage that occurs after shipping is not eligible for return. This includes:

Broken, chipped, torn, or worn products

Water or electrical damage

Any visible damage not present during our pre-shipment inspection

Used products will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

All returns must be in the original product packaging and include all parts (e.g., remotes, batteries, chargers)
