Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Pleasher Spot, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you quickly, safely, discreetly, and efficiently — no matter where you are in Belize.

Within Belize City Limits

Orders within Belize City are delivered via courier service.

Delivery Rates

Delivery fees vary based on location within city limits:

  • Standard Belize City areas: Starting at BZD $7

  • Extended areas (including select Belama zones and surrounding areas): Rates may range from BZD $8–$10, depending on distance and courier rates.

Delivery fees will be calculated and confirmed at checkout or prior to dispatch.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Please note:

  • No deliveries are available on weekends, public holidays, or bank holidays.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is only available for select Belize City orders under BZD $100 and is subject to courier approval.

Orders exceeding this limit must be prepaid prior to delivery.

Outside Belize City Limits

We currently ship nationwide using:

  • Tropic Cargo

  • BPMS

  • IDS (Inter District Shipping)

  • Water Taxi services (for island deliveries where applicable)

Shipping provider selection may vary depending on destination, availability, package size, and delivery requirements.

Scheduled Shipping Days

To provide efficient and reliable nationwide service, out-district shipments are dispatched on scheduled shipping days:

  • Tuesdays

  • Thursdays

Orders must be placed and paid by 10:00 AM on shipping days to be included in that day’s dispatch schedule.

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

Express or Special Dispatch Requests

Customers requiring urgent shipping outside scheduled dispatch days may request a special dispatch service. Additional courier or handling fees may apply based on location and availability.

Shipping Fees & Payment

Outside Belize City

All out-district orders must be paid in full prior to shipment via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Zelle

  • eKyash

  • DigiWallet

Shipping charges are either:

  • Paid directly to the shipping provider upon receipt (where COD shipping is available), OR

  • Paid in advance if the shipping provider does not offer COD services.

A small logistics or handling fee may apply for certain shipments, depending on courier requirements and delivery location.

Order Processing & Confirmation

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Customers will receive confirmation of:

  • Payment received

  • Shipping method

  • Estimated dispatch timing
