Shipping Policy

Belize City Limits

We strive to ship in a timely manner. All orders within Belize City limits are delivered via Courier for a fee, please note that delivery fees may vary based on courier rate. Delivery time is between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Delivery services is not available on weekends and public and bank holidays. Delivery fee is usually included in the order total at checkout or order confirmation. 

Outside Belize City Limits

Shipping outside of Belize City limits is provided mainly via Tropic Cargo, Maya Air & BPMS. Other shipping services may be honored based on availability and accessibility. Shipping charges for these service providers are paid COD. If COD is not offered by shipping services, the customer will be billed an estimated rate. Payment for non-COD services must be paid in advance of shipping. 

Products will not be delivered or shipped without prior confirmation of payment.
